Shirley's Curried Tuna and Pineapple

Here is a recipe that you only need have a tin of tuna and a tin of pineapple in your cupboard.
  • 1 425g tin Tuna (drained)
  • 2 Medium onions
  • 125g butter
  • 3 dessertspoons plain flour
  • 1 dessertspoon sugar
  • 1 dessertspoon curry powder
  • 425mls milk
  • 1 450g tin crushed pineapple (strained)
  • Fry chopped onions in butter until soft, take off heat, add flour & pour milk in gradually.
  • Add curry, & sugar and cook. Lastly add tuna & pineapple and heat through.
