NANNA ROBINSON'S SAVOURY TARTS
1 Large tin peas (undrarned), 1 Large carrot, 2 stalks celery, 1 large onion, 500g (1lb) Kraft Cheese
250g (1/2 I/lb) Bacon pieces, 500g (1lb) Tomatoes, 6 eggs
Grate cheese, carrot & Onion. Dice celery, bacon & tomatoes.
Beat 3 of the eggs, scramble the other 3. Mix altogether in a large bowl, add salt & pepper.
Line patty tins with pastry, fill with the mixture.
Bake in a hot oven until set.
