SA No 4 -- SALMON SLICE

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed Jatz biscuits
  • 1 x 210g can Pink Salmon
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Grease a 20cm pie plate.
  • Whisk together the eggs and the milk.
  • Mix eggs and milk with the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into pie plate.
  • Bake in a moderate oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked.
