Arrival and Dinner, October 21 2005

The Shirleys gathered on the First Floor of the Carlton Crest Hotel, Sydney on October 21st 2005 for Convention #3, and then went into dinner, to be entertained by a beautiful and very talented singer.

As you can see, the NSW Shirleys did a fabulous job with the decorations,
and the staff of the Carlton Crest did some great work with the food (buffet dinner).

Breakfast, October 22 2005

We all wore our white slacks and beautiful jacaranda Sydney 2005 shirts, in readiness for the upcoming photo session. But Q8 made sure of herself by wearing a bib!

Let's relive our First Breakfast together at Convention #3.

More Photo Ops, October 22 2005

The girls jostle for positions for the big photo.

The girls in the 2nd photo are from the ACT. My roommate and I sat with them on Saturday night and they were lovely!

Entertainment, October 22 2005

The lady responsible for the convention - N1. A big THANK YOU to you and your team for a wonderful weekend!

And here are some photos of the skits from NSW and Gold Coast. As you can see, the girls went to a lot of trouble, and the skits were SUPER-enjoyable.

JOHN CADMAN II, October 23 2005

Our luxury cruise on the MV John Cadman II was a high treat. It was a perfect day for boating, the crew were magnificent, as was the delicious food, and Yours Truly managed to snap the Harbour looking at its best!

You can see the Shirleys and non-Shirleys enjoying the afternoon. The farewells were said and we went on our way. So it's on to the Gold Coast for Convention #4 in 2007!
